Juice and Remembrance
How mamy glasses of juices do you have per day? I am the person who barely drink a glass of juices, but juices are beneficial in our life. Normally, everyone knows that juices have Vitamin C and it helps body feels fresh, so it is very good to drink a glass per day.
The another adventage of juice is helping our memory. American research group found that drinkink juices especially grape juices and berry juices help our memory better, so drinking a glass of juices per day is a good habit that make you active and helping your remembrance, so if you never drink juices, you should start it now!
