Bluetooth option for friendlier keyboard: touch screen

SMARTPHONE buyers split between opting for a hard keyboard phone or a touch screen-only phone have a new option. The Padacs Mini Bluetooth Keyboard is planned for smartphone owners who do not like tapping away at touch-screen keypads that appear whenever there is a text entry on an iPhone, Android or Nokia touch screen-only phone. Although touch screens are okay for tapping in a few words or numbers, but it is annoyed people when they want to write tasks for a paragraph or more.

" RIM's continuing strong sales of its range of hard-keyboard equipped BlackBerry smartphones is testament to the needs of heavy phone typists. " The Padac's keyboard goes ways to levelling the ledger for touch screen-only phones. The 115mm by 60mm by 7mm widget is a tad smaller than an iPhone, but only about half as thick and much lighter. When paired to a smartphone via a Bluetooth wireless link, it comes into action on text-centric apps such as note-takers.

In my opinion, it is not helpful much. I think people bought Iphone or blackberry because of its quality included the keypad, so it is not necessary to buy and use it with the smartphone. However, some people need it to help their easy-typing or like its look, so it depends on people opinion.
